Concrete Foam Block Machine

We provide complete production line  for light weight CLC block and how to run the plant. Process-lightweight Concrete Block are produced by adding foam air bubbles into a fly ash-cement mixture. Foam Generator will use to create millions of air bubbles from foam chemical. The foam is mixed in proportion with cement Flyash/light weight waste material and water.The Different grades manufacutured on basis of strength, thermal conductivity, density and durability grades.

Concrete Foam Block Machine have designed and developed for more than two years.
It is dual-use machine for the production of ceramic reinforced AAC Block without autoclave,
warm insulation foam concrete blocks, wall insulation panels, and fire-proof door circuit board, etc.
Raw material is fly ash, lime and industrial wastes, easy obtained and low cost. Small investment, 20%-30% cost of AAC block production line.

Automatic weighing system for water,cement,foam agent and additive and concrete
Foaming foam agent by foam machine
Automatic mixing material
Pouring and Molding in the mould
2.Mould conveying and moving
Ferry Vehicle:transport for carrying and conveying block mould and bottom plate
Moving rail for ferry vehicle moving
3.Demould and Cutting
Automatically seperate the block from mould
cutting the complete block into three pieces by cutting machine
tilter change the block cutting direction for second cutting
second cutting machine for small pieces.
